How should we eat in hot weather?

In the current hot weather, the body's water-salt balance is disrupted, and due to increased sweating, essential vitamins and minerals are lost.

To prevent dehydration and preserve vitamins and minerals, it is recommended to consume the following foods:

  • Juicy fruits

  • Raw vegetables and salads made from them

  • Legumes (beans, mung beans)

  • Boiled meat dishes

  • Light soups such as broth, mastava, or manpar

  • Melons and watermelons

Spicy, salty, and heavily salted foods and products are strictly not recommended in hot weather.
